Greater efficiency with the new heat pump 

Our new heat pump system has been successfully commissioned at our Fluhensteinweg facility.

This has replaced the previous gas-based heating system with a heat pump system. The system uses electrical energy to generate heat. A portion of the electricity required for this comes from our own hydroelectric power plant.

With this transition, we are adapting our heating system to the technical conditions at the site and implementing another measure to optimize our energy use.
