The packaging of each individual item can be identified by the order number listed on the delivery slip or package label.
This regulation does not apply to packaging of commercial goods that are distributed exclusively in the packaging and under the labeling of the respective supplier. In such cases, the respective supplier is considered the manufacturer.
Please note that private-label customers are subject to their own obligations under Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR). Each economic operator is responsible for complying with the legal requirements applicable to them and for being able to provide the necessary documentation to the competent authorities upon request.
