Change in sales of bookbinding materials: Farewell to Peter Martini & welcome to Arndt Nowaczyk

After more than 27 years with the company, we are bidding farewell to our esteemed colleague Peter Martini as he enters his well-deserved retirement on December 31, 2025.

Peter Martini joined Dr. Günther Kast GmbH & Co. Technische Gewebe Spezial-Fasererzeugnisse KG in 1998, initially as an assistant to the management. However, it soon became clear that he had much more to offer than just organizational talent: with his in-depth technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and great commitment, he assumed the role of authorized signatory and sales manager in the bookbinding materials division in 2008.

In this position, Peter Martini not only expanded our product portfolio with numerous innovative developments, but also significantly strengthened our international presence and export activities. His professional competence, keen sense for markets and people, and tireless commitment have played a defining role in shaping sales at Kast for many years.

Peter Martini was also highly valued as a communicative and empathetic colleague—an excellent speaker, organizer of numerous company events, and someone who consistently fostered team spirit. His dedication, reliability, and personal warmth have left a lasting mark.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Peter Martini for his outstanding achievements, loyalty, and contribution to the development of our company. We wish him good health, happiness, and many fulfilling moments in this new chapter of his life.

At the same time, we are delighted to welcome Arndt Nowaczyk as his successor. As of January 1, 2026, he will take over responsibility for the ongoing development and management of sales in the bookbinding materials division. With his experience, commitment, and fresh perspective, he will continue the succesful work of Peter Martini and bring new momentum to the team.

We wish Arndt Nowaczyk a smooth start and look forward to our future collaboration!
